Ticket Translator

Our Ticket Translator module for Zendesk will enable automated translation of a ticket body text into a language of your choice, translation will appear above the slightly dimmed original text.

Extensions for Ticket Translator:

The module can be extended as follows:

• - to allow for delivery of ticket-generated eMails along with their translation
• - to allow for automated translation of conversations in the Live Chat message window

* The both module extensions are available upon request with an extra charge.
